♡ Inside the story
A complete synopsis
for the grown-up.
When the friends’ tower falls, Fuzz’s tummy, head and heart feel too full to hold. His friends stay nearby without telling him off, and Olive Owl helps him notice what the cloud may be communicating. Together they discover that a slow breath can sometimes soften a moment — and that talking, a cuddle, help or quiet company can matter too.
The story does not promise one perfect calming trick. It gives children and grown-ups language for early body signals, repair after an outburst and asking for support before the storm feels enormous.
✿The Little Woodlands Feelings Lab offers stories and conversation resources. It is not therapy, an assessment, a diagnostic service or an emergency service.
